  • I work individually with kids (10+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and systems thinking — meaning we look at how your experiences, relationships, and nervous system all shape the way you show up in the world. Sessions focus on insight, emotional regulation, and building tools that help you feel more like yourself again.

  • I work with couples and partners of all genders and relationship structures. My work draws from relational neuroscience and family systems theory to help partners understand the patterns that keep them stuck. Together, we focus on communication, repair, and creating safety — the kind that lets you actually hear and be heard, not just survive another argument.

  • I work with families navigating conflict, neurodivergence, and the stress of big transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in family systems, developmental theory, and co-regulation principles. Family therapy helps identify the dynamics underneath behavior, support nervous system safety for everyone involved, and build shared language for connection and repair — even when things get messy.
