Supporting Resilience & confidence in Kids & Teens

If you're worried about your kid or teen and you’re not sure what they need next, you’re in the right place.

A white bookshelf filled with toys, books, and decorative items, positioned near a window with plants on the top and beside it, a small wooden stand with additional potted plants. The top of the bookshelf has a plush llama, a plush octopus, a framed quote board, and a plant in a striped pot. The middle shelves display various small toys and figurines, while the bottom shelf holds books and plastic storage containers.

is your kid struggling, but not sure how to talk about it?

growing up is incredibly hard, and the world just keeps getting louder.

Maybe you’ve noticed your child withdrawing, melting down, shutting down, or becoming more anxious and overwhelmed lately. Maybe friendships feel harder, school feels heavier, or home feels tense. You want them to feel understood and supported—not pressured to be someone they’re not—but nothing you try seems to help for long.

You want them to understand themselves, feel confident, and learn how to manage feelings without falling apart.

My work with kids and teens focuses on slowing down, making sense of what’s happening under the surface, and helping them build confidence, connection, and emotional resilience in a world that asks a lot of them.

  • anxiety, stress, or constant overwhelm

  • shutdowns, meltdowns, or intense emotions

  • masking, perfectionism, people-pleasing

  • social anxiety, loneliness, or friendship challenges

you might be seeing:

  • school difficulty or executive function struggles

  • low motivation, burnout, or emotional fatigue

  • identity development (gender, sexuality, self-understanding)

  • family conflict, communication struggles, or tense dynamics

how i can help

Think of me as the therapist-translator-coach hybrid your kid actually vibes with. I help them learn emotional regulation, communication skills, and ways to navigate school, friendships, identity, and stress without burning out. And for you? I help you understand the “why” behind the behavior so you can respond in ways that help — not accidentally make things harder.

  • Kids and teens aren’t just “acting out”—behavior is communication. I help them understand their reactions, learn grounding skills, and build emotional literacy from the inside out.

  • I look for what makes sense about the behavior, not what’s “wrong.” Many kids are overwhelmed, masked, or burnt out; therapy helps them feel understood and supported instead of judged.

  • I help bridge the gap between what your child feels and what you see. Together we build communication patterns and supports that reduce conflict and make daily life smoother.

Because this isn’t about “fixing them.”

It’s about helping them feel understood, supported, and connected — at home, at school, and within themselves.
