Therapy for Anxiety, Neurodivergence, and Relationship Conflict
In-person in west linn & online across oregon
For kids, teens, and adults who've been called "too much," "too sensitive," or "not trying hard enough."
And for the parents who worry in the dark about whether their child will be okay.
Maybe your kid won't get out of bed and you're running out of ideas.
Maybe everything feels harder than it should and you can't figure out why. Maybe your brain moves too fast for the world, or you've been masking so long you forgot what you actually need.
Therapy here isn't about fixing what's broken - it's about understanding where the struggle came from and what it's trying to do for you.
We'll look at how your brain is wired, what your relationships are trying to tell you, what the behaviors might be protecting you from. Not forcing you into someone else's idea of "normal," but honoring the way you're actually built.

Individual Therapy
I work with kids (10+), teens, and adults - and the people I seem to work best with have one quality in common: they're persistent. They survive. They do things scared. They're stubborn in the best way - they have a voice whispering "it doesn't have to be this way."
If you're navigating anxiety that won't quit, depression that feels like quicksand, or a brain that works differently than everyone expects it to, we'll figure out where it came from and what it's trying to do for you. I'm not here to tell you what to do - I'm here to help you trust yourself to answer that question.
Couples Therapy
I work with couples navigating big life transitions - raising kids, making major decisions, figuring out how to build a life together when one or both of you is neurodivergent. Especially 30-somethings who are trying to balance careers, parenting, and actually staying connected to each other in the middle of all of it.
We'll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, what each of you is really asking for underneath the conflict, and how your nervous systems talk to each other when things get hard. Not about who's right or wrong - about understanding how you both got here and building something that actually works for the relationship you have, not the one you think you're supposed to have.
Family Therapy
I work with families navigating neurodivergence, big emotions, power struggles, and the exhaustion of trying to do better without a clear roadmap. Maybe your teenager's shut down completely, or the conflict in your house has gotten so loud you can't remember what peace felt like.
Family therapy here is about understanding the whole system - not just your kid's behavior or your parenting, but how everyone's nervous systems are talking to each other and what the patterns are trying to protect. I won't take sides, but I will help everyone feel heard. We'll figure out what actually makes sense for your family, not what the parenting books say you're supposed to do.
I specialize in:
Neurodivergence
ADHD therapy, autism support, and neurodivergent-affirming therapy for kids, teens, and adults navigating sensory overwhelm, executive function challenges, burnout, and masking.
Anxiety & Depression
Therapy for anxiety and depression in kids, teens, and adults - chronic worry, low mood, burnout, and the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long.
Parenting Support
Parenting support and coaching for families navigating big emotions, power struggles, neurodivergent children, and relationship conflict.
Relationship Conflict
Family therapy and couples therapy for relationships stuck in patterns - communication breakdowns, repeated arguments, and building connection and repair.
You’re in the right place
if you're looking for...
Someone who will challenge you - with all the empathy but also directly - not just nod and ask "how does that make you feel?"
Help understanding your brain, not fixing it - especially if you're navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, or depression
Support as a parent who lies awake worrying whether your kid will be okay or if you're somehow making it worse
A therapist your skeptical teenager won't hate - or you're that skeptical teenager, willing to try even though you don't want to be here
THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT
if you need…
Someone to validate everything you're doing without offering any pushback or different perspectives
Quick answers or to be told what to do - I help you trust your own judgment, not make decisions for you
Crisis intervention or intensive support - I work best with people who are struggling but stable enough for weekly outpatient therapy
Treatment for active substance use - I don't specialize in substance use disorders and want to make sure you get the right support
Ready to See If i’m the Right Fit?
Here's how to take the first step:
01
Fill out a new client inquiry form
Tell me what's going on, who you're hoping to get support for, and what you've already tried. This helps me figure out if I'm the right fit—or if someone else might be better equipped to help.
02
We’ll Talk
I'll reach out to schedule a brief call or email exchange to answer questions, talk through logistics, and make sure we're on the same page about what you're looking for.
03
First Session
We meet, figure out what's most important to address, and build a plan that feels supportive instead of overwhelming. You're interviewing me for the position of "your therapist"—figuring out if I pass the vibe check.
interested in working together?
Starting therapy doesn’t have to be complicated.
A few quick questions help me understand what’s bringing you here and how I can best support you (or your child). It usually takes just a couple of minutes.
